06/12 – 12/16 Baptist Healthcare- LaGrange Ky
I was a diet clerk. I met with patients daily to go over the meal plans doctors had prescribed them. Then we discussed their menu choices for the day. I had to keep medical records of the meal changes made to each patient. I was also responsible for seeing that each patient received the meal they were supposed to get. I dealt with patient complaints and worked to resolve any problems they had.
08/09 – 03/12 Saint Mary Academy – Prospect, KY
I was the cafeteria manager in the kitchen. I helped prepare the daily lunches, and serve children fresh hot meals. I helped maintain a safe work environment. I Helped keep stock put up and keep inventory of food and supplies. I am experienced in how the POS system works. I can also open the system and close and balance the system. I made the weekly food orders. Control budget, and was responsible for turning in paperwork to the state.
01/04 – 6-09 Noah’s Ark Christian Child care – LaGrange, KY
I was the lead three year old teacher and Assistant Director. As the Assistant. Director, I was responsible for making sure payments were posted to the correct account. I prepared banking deposits. I prepared and sent invoices. I Organized daily work flow such as employee schedules and seeing that everyone was given breaks. I was also responsible for ensuring that the menu met the standards of the Kentucky Cabinet of Health and Food Services. I also ordered the food and supplies for the daycare on a weekly schedule. As a teacher, I made lesson plans and was responsible for classroom management.
