I am currently serving on the program as a senior staff member. My responsibilities include quality and safety on several government contracts serving the Department of Defense. The scope of the program includes maintenance, training, logistics and inventory control on mission critical equipment utilized in theater operations.
Developed procedures for logistical operations and maintenance.
Maintained operational efficiency of greater than 99% on all equipment within scope of contract.
Maintained monthly inventory accuracy of greater than 99% on all Government assets.

Implemented quality improvement and efficiency projects that allowed plant to achieve double digit growth in EBIT every year.
Developed a rigorous curriculum of quality training for production operators that received corporate recognition for excellence and was instrumental in helping the plant achieve HP’s first gold supplier quality rating.
