As a realtor, I specialized in working with general contractors and investors, finding projects for

them and over-seeing the remodels. Some of these clients have been working with me for 10 to

15 years. I also sell the homes after the remodel is completed and my clients make a nice profit. I

have been selling high-end real estate for 22 years. My office was in Los Gatos, California where

our real estate was among the highest in the Bay Area. I also sold property in Palo Alto, Mt.

View, Cupertino, San Jose, Morgan Hill, Campbell, Monte Sereno and Saratoga. If there is a

common thread connecting all of my work throughout the years, it is the fact that I am a great

problem solver and I am able to work well with professional affluent clients. I am presently

pursuing a Texas real estate license in addition to my California license, but I am also interested

in finding a position in a related field.
