18 years 07 Months of rich experience in the areas of aircraft maintenance and safety & Security, general administration, planning, operations, training & development and human resources management in the aviation technical branch of Indian Navy.

1.Administrative Experience

General Administration and middle level Management of men and material

Implement Fire & Safety Procedures within the department

Provide Fire & Safety induction to the newly joined men and conduct periodical fire fighting & emergency evacuation drills.

Review Fire & Safety procedures for effectiveness, and make sure changes if required

Preparing and implementing work permits for various activities like confined space entry, working in HF radiation area, fueling of aircrafts etc

Inspection of fire detection, fire fighting and safety equipments for their operational readiness, maintenance and upkeep of records.
