ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Orchestrated and overhauled end-to-end process and documentation for an Advanced Quality Planning process from inception through production, eliminating waste and cutting delivery times to four to six weeks from six to eight months.

Created deviation process to allow Customer Service and Engineers to create, locate, and maintain deviations electronically.

Developed and built an electronic intranet for facility, allowing all users instant access to current electronically controlled documents, which had previously been a hard copy document system.

Devised and built a change record system to allow users to create a change request electronically. Designed and developed this system to compile metrics for monthly and daily reports to Management, which resulted in reduced labor costs of more than one million dollars annually.

Wrote technical training materials and trained personnel in all related system changes at this location.
