Duties: Include but were not limited to Product knowledge, understanding of lighting optics, machine operation, sending emails on non-conformity, knowledge of regulations of various countries such as ECE, FMVSS and SAE, use and handling of standard testing bulbs, investigating part failures, assisting various departments and communication with customers.
