BI Department--working as a consultant with the Consulting practice in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) India. She brings to the table an experience of 3+ years in years in Reporting and Business Analytics with a specific focus in MicroStrategy for industry sector like Manufacturing industry,Retail, Financial Regulator.

•While working for numerous projects over the years, I have also worked on other reporting tools like OBIEE. With a sound mathematical background coupled with a strong IT exposure, I have worked collaboratively in developing KPIs and improving client experience.

•I have also worked as a MicroStrategy developer for a large multinational client in the retail domain and I was involved in KPI development, Reports development and Implementation.

•I have worked on the automation of reporting process through narrowcast server.

•Coordinating with source system owners, day-to-day ETL Progress monitoring, Data warehouse target schema Design and maintenance. Designed ODI mappings by translating the business requirements. Project Experience

BI Implementation in an US retail company :

The project involves development and maintenance of a Retail Data Warehouse. This project is about migration of the existing data warehouse to its new destination.

Responsibilities:

Created MicroStrategy objects like Reports, Ad-hoc reports, Documents, Prompts, Filters, Metrics, Facts,

Consolidations, Custom Groups, Attributes Transformations and Hierarchies.

Created Schema Objects like Attributes, Facts and Hierarchies that map to the physical warehouse.

Created several base formulas (mathematical expressions) using existing facts in Microstrategy 9.3 that can be re-used

to build any number of Metrics.

Customized Reports, Documents and Deployed them to Microstrategy Web.

Extensively used Bugzilla to report and resolve the bugs encountered in the QA process.

Worked on the narrowcast server for automating the report.

Oracle BI Implementation in a n US retail company :

Worked as Team Member for the automating the Finance & order management operation process on ODI and OBIEE platform.Oracle BI Applications is used as a comprehensive business solution for Accounts Payable (AP), Procurement and Spend (PO) Analytics, General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA). I was also involved in finalizing design document and fit gap analysis. I was majorly involved in the ETL activities which involves the customization of the Pre packaged structure . I was also responsible for the end to end testing of the whole process .

Oracle BI Implementation in an US manufacturing company :

I worked on Oracle BI Implementation using Informatica 9.1.0

(ETL).Implemented custom datawarehouse on top of Oracle BI Apps prebuilt datawarehouse.I did effort estimations,design and development.I did development,testing the ETL side.I worked on Informatica, Oracle, PL/SQL on top of OBIA Out Of The Box solution.
