●EXTENSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE / ORDER ENTRY - Coordinated all aspects of Order Entry from customer contact initiation to standard purchase order and/or blanket purchase order processing to schedule of manufacture, through shipment, delivery, follow-up, trouble-shooting and satisfactory resolution. This encompassed monitoring 2 plant locations - - one in Long Island, NY, and the other in Hong Kong, supervising staff of 5, and involved direct daily interaction on my part of approximately 75-150 emails with both customers and staff, as well as innumerable daily telephone calls.
●MARKETING AND SALES INTEGRATION - Marketed worldwide OEM dealers [selective to our product line] and integrated them into our clientele database, effectively growing our OEM dealer clientele from 50 to 250+, and resulting in 15-20% of the company’s overall sales each year.
●CREDIT ESTABLISHMENT AND ACCOUNTING INTERACTION - Supervised the processing of new customer credit applications and credit references; recommended specific credit limits and credit holds in accordance with customers’ sales histories and Accounts Payable histories.
