B.Com, MBA in Hospital Management and Administration with 16 years of experience in Business,

Corporate Relations, Branding, Sales & Marketing.

Currently Working as Director - Corporate Relation and Branding in Panacea Group of Hospitals

from Nov 2012 till date.

Corporate Relations and Operation:

Handled a team size of 20 Managers across location.

Handling group level business through central government (CGHS/ECHS) & state

governments (which includes north east & south of India).

materials.

Coordinate with creative & PR agency for planning and execution of seasonal campaigns.

Initiate and manage corporate / general check-ups camp including follow up and closure.

Prepare health related days to celebrate globally and plan online and offline campaign for

the same.

Facilitate educational seminars, Life Style Management Program and CMES.

Perform market research for new geographical area and prepare business opportunity to

increasing hospital s coverage area and customer base.

Social Media Branding Initiatives:

o Develop design, create and manage promotion and social media ad campaigns.

o Liaise with creative agency to have visual concepts along with educational material

posted daily campaigning a concept every month.

o Update regular testimonials received from patients on social media and website.

o Educate audience on the myth and taboos related to health care.

o Manage lead distribution received via online queries.

o Monitor ROI generated and PR Management in liaise with agency.
