SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Managed planning and construction of over 2,850 multi family residential units and over 400 single family or patio homes with construction management experience of single family luxury homes, production tract housing multi-family condominiums, multi-family rental, motels, country clubs, amenity buildings related to residential real estate development, and commercial facilities.

Division Manager of top 50 National Builder. Produced 12% of the corporate multi-family activity and 6% of the corporate built for sale activity in start up division. Division P & L responsibility for start up Florida division.

Delivered $42 million dollars in annual sales and $40.5 million in closings. Increased unit sales 3%, dollar volume 12%, revenue $4.7 million from prior year. Opened 6 residential communities and model centers within 1 year.

Recruited and managed staff of 70 concurrently directing 15 land development operations and 20 construction projects. Increased deliveries to over 100 units per month.

Decreased construction cost 33% in management of a $356 million dollar multi phase land development and construction budget while increasing deliveries.

Concurrently directed permitting and land development of a 525 acre 372 lot residential community, project acquisition of a 1339 acre 2600 unit mixed use development including negotiation of development agreement while conducting due diligence and directing planning for a 2030 acre lakeside golf course and marina community.

ACHEIVEMENTS

Directed turnaround of failing $720 Million Dollar Design/Build Construction operation comprised of over 2400 new homes, 2100 renovated homes, GOQs General Officer Quarters Custom Homes, 5 community centers, and demolition and abatement of over 3200 homes. Accomplished mission to turn around failing operation and secure the confidence of the Project Company Managing Member and the Department of Navy. Increased deliveries and quality while reducing cost and maintaining highest level of safety.

Senior Project manager of a Privatized Army Lodging (PAL) project; bid and won 3 of 5 contracts, directed construction operations to bring facilities into ADA compliance, replace life safety systems and provide hotel renovations including HVAC chiller system replacement. Successfully and profitably delivered projects with minimal disruption to facility operations.

Managed startup of a multifaceted specialty construction and inspection service company focused on Building Inspection, Chinese Drywall Remediation, Mold Remediation, Insurance inspection and HUD Healthy Home initiatives. Qualified company to provide services for Building Contaminate Assessments, Mold Assessments, Chinese Drywall Remediation, Property and Home Inspections, Residential Property Insurance inspections.
