This includes: resolving any problems that occur within the hotel such as boiler breakdowns, a/c units not working, guest complaints, billing issues, employee issues; collecting payments from companies through direct bill; working with 3rd party companies on rooming contracts for hotel, negotiating with sales companies on prices for products used in hotel, etc.
