First of all, I’m very glad and exciting to apply for Senior Project Engineer.

I worked for R&D Department of DAEWOO Electronics Co. which was one of the Global Company in S.Korea for 12 years. For 6 years, Mechanical Design was my work, and the rest, for 6 years, I conducted “Concurrent Engineering”, “Project Engineering”, “Sales Engineering”, “Mechanical Engineering”, “Manufacturing Engineering”, “Quality Engineering” as a Project Engineer, Manager.

And then, I established the Company (: J&R Technology Co. ) which was R&D Center (; Industrial / Mechanical Design ) in S.Korea, and I launched the global outsourcing Manufacturing factories in China and Taiwan, for 6 years.

As a result, for 12 years, I’ve engaged in every Development / Manufacturing stage and organized the whole process of short/long term product life cycle. My specialized experiences are as below.

Review and forecast the problems of the new design in regard of fabrication and Tool Engineering.

[TOOL ENGINEERING]

Lead the injection mould design, the stamping press design for new products.

Review and supervise the drawings of the injection mould, the stamping press.

Check the proper of the raw plastic material: ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), Acetal, Acrylic, Cellulose Acetate, Polyamide 6(Nylon), Polyamide 66(Nylon), Polycarbonate, Polyester-Thermoplastic, etc.

Check the condition of Raw Plastic Material, especially the moisture status.

Check Injection Molding Machine. : Injection (temperature, pressure, speed), Molding temperature.

Supervise and checking the process cycle for the injection molding

: Clamping (clamping forces, dry cycle time) > Injection (sink mark) > Cooling (shrinkage, wall thickness) > Ejection (ejection force)

Prototype development and testing.

Process Troubleshooting for the 1st ~ Final Pilot Run.

[TEST & VERIFICATION]

Build the test and verification plan.

Coordinate all specifications (i.e. design/product specification, requirement specification, functional specification, etc.) are substantiated as the test plan.

Support the field test to verify the final product quality.

[DOCUMENTATION]

Establish the Quality Engineering to be properly documented.

Support to document the BOMs, Fabrication Process Manual, Manufacturing Manual, Service Manual, etc.

Assist and review to document DFMEA, PFMEA, ISO9001, QS9000.

Record the Troubleshooting.

[MASTER PRODUCTION]

Check the approval of all components before the Run.

Set up the MPS(: Master Production Schedule) to meet the market in time.

Plan for individual commodities to be produced in each time period.

Assign the role to each Division and set up the personnel organization.

Check the preparation of Manufacturing Tools.

[QC & QA]

Set up the Quality Engineering and Quality Plan for the new products.

Responsible for the development of a quality product design.

Verify to meet all specifications of the new products.
