Lead Assembler – Jennersville Facility May 2007 - February 2016
• I Kept current revision levels on prints, process sheets, set up sheets and Inspection sheets
• I perform maintenance on machines when they broke down or when the drivers and anvils would bend or break.
• I was Responsible to train co-workers on assembly process, set ups and to determine what size Rivet or pem to use. I would delegate job assignments and I scheduling the daily jobs for the assembly department.
• I Set-up rivet and pem machines for the assembly of prototype Graphic Cases, modules, screw racks and other special medical devices.
• I am Proficient in the final assembly of Graphic Cases, modules, medical devices Trays and to prepare finished units for shipment.

• when the work orders were complete I would issue the parts to the work order so it could be released for shipment.

I then summitted a request to Decontrol for the correct print to be brought to the floor. This saved the product from a recall and the company a major legal issue.
