Skills & Abilities
COMMUNICATION
Whether written or verbal communications, I’ve found the best communicators are first good listeners who know when to be a good advocate and speak up to present his or her position while being as direct and to the point as possible.
LEADERSHIP
I enjoy mentoring junior staff. I view projects when directing support staff as learning opportunities. Rather than just asking someone to complete a task, they learn the importance and value when you take the time to explain how and why the task can best be done and what use it is to the overall success of the project.
