Duties also included extensive use of Sharepoint and John Deere’s web-based dealer system. I was responsible for communicating with salesmen, finance manager, and branch managers concerning all equipment sales and costs and calculating sales commissions. This position was responsible for these duties for five branch locations.

● The responsibilities of this job included the full-range of the accounting process for a retail outdoor equipment dealer, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, multiple-account bank reconciliation, and general ledger postings and reconciliations. Duties included the reporting and payment of payroll and sales taxes, monthly inventory reconciliations, providing monthly financial statements to management, and handling contracts on sold equipment. Until March 2013, the company operated a separate store location in Americus, Georgia; I also handled all bookkeeping work for this branch location. Worked with Aspen software as well as processing payroll with QuickBooks software.

● The responsibilities of this job included the full-range of the accounting process for a commercial drywall subcontractor, including cash management, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract billing, job costing, general ledger, and providing monthly financial reporting to management.
