Issuance of absenteeism letter, warning letter, memo, show cause and charge sheet to undisciplined staff/employees.

Issuance of notices and circulars to the staff/employees for sharing various information with regards to operational, managerial and/or administrative functioning or modifications or amendments.

Managing and undertaking import obligations and process such as coordination with clearing agent, Container Corporation of India Ltd. and shipper/liner. Mediate in settlement of disputes & grievances.

Coordinating with architects, designers, process facilitators, service providers, vendors, various Government Bodies, semi Government organizations, banks, financial institutions and clients.

Time & Attendance and Payroll Management

Daily Attendance Management through eSSL biometrics attendance system. Preparing HRIS.

Overall salary administration, overtime payments, salary reviews and payments. Preparation of monthly salaries, bank transfers & other monthly reimbursements.

Employees Engagement

Organize engagement activities, viz. birthday celebration, marriage anniversary, job anniversary, festivals celebration, get together, rewards & recognition programs. Coordinating with outside agencies for CSR activities like Blood Donation Camp, plantation etc.

Employees Relations

Taking care of disciplinary matters and the course of action to be taken, also organizing and holding enquiries and implementing disciplinary action related to absconding, policy breech etc. Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management – employee relations.

Month end meeting with new joiners.

Performance Management

Coordinating and following up with all HODs for completing performance appraisal of all the employees in close coordination with the Managing Director. Designing KRAs and analyzing & reviewing performance feedback in its accordance. Preparing the monthly performance appraisal reports.

Other HR Operations

Organizing induction and smooth functioning of on-boarding formalities and joining formalities. Updating & maintaining employee record in HRIS/MIS system. Managing employee related documentation & letters such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Letter of Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion etc.

Coordinating with empanelled legal consultant for claim processing, query resolution related to medical insurance, PF account transfer and induction of new joiner to PF system. Managing employee separation process such as No Dues, Relieving Formalities and Full & Final Settlements.

Having mock visits at project sites to ensure alertness of security personnel as well as project site staff.

Ensuring and maintaining healthy as well as congenial office decorum. Ensuring cleanliness of the entire office set-up and the premise.

Purchase Management

Conducting thorough research of the required material, article and/or service through internet and consultation with product experts. Refining and identifying the most suitable product (in terms of adoptability as well as cost effectiveness) after going through intensive research and filtration.

Searching and finalizing vendors for material/article supply or service providers for availing specific services after negotiations to obtain optimum & competitive prices and quality product as per the standards.

Coordinating with Accounts Department to issue required waybills, Form C etc. for transportation of goods/materials/articles.
