Summary

I am applying for the job: cook part-time. I am a 1973 graduate if The Culinary Institute of America. I am a 20 year retired Navy man. In the Navy I cooked for 500-5,000 men. I was a baker and a cook. I baked cookies, pies,cakes{ decorated} for the crew and offiicers. From 1992-1995 1 worked at Keene State Dining Commons. There I cooked for one year. I was responsible for making breakfast for the students on week-ends. During the week I made all the pasta and sauces for the students. From 1995-2000, I worked at Dunkin Donuts in Concord,N.H. as an Assistant Manager,Day and NIght Baker. In 2000 it closed for 6 months to remodel From 2000-2005 1 worked at New London Hospital as a prep-cook, cook, baker I prepared meals for the hospital, the nursing home and the staff.l have not taken the Sevre-Safe test since 2005. I believe with studing up for it again I will be able to pass it. My last test was an 88. What I can bring to the job is: Over 40 years of experience in the food business in all facets. I am on time for my job. I am reliable, and trustwothy. I will stay later to complete my job if I am asked to. I do not smoke drink alcoholl or do drugs. I can pass a drug testing.
