Sending an order acknowledgement letter after receiving the orders. Issuing PO to Vendors,

Generating online Form JJ from CTD, submitting Invoice for the same,

Handling customer complaints

Checking for completion of Warranty period and submitting Annual Maintenance Contract Forms

Making line diagrams in Autocad2010

Updating daily accounting transaction in Tally Ver 9

Submitting Online PF, TNVAT, SERVICE TAX Returns

Preparation of TDS Statement and submitting Quarterly Returns after checking challan status

Generating online TDS Certificates in Form 16A from Traces Login,

Making online payments for PF, VAT, TDS & Service Tax

Preparation of BRS in Tally & Submitting reports as required by our Auditor

Salary Drawn: Rs.27000/- per month Plus Other Benefits ( Bonus, Incentives & PF)

Madras University (through Correspondence course)

Technical Skill:- MS WORD, MS EXCEL, AUTOCAD2010 (Line diagram)
