10 November 2016 to Present, working as HR Manager with Yelllow Objects Solutions PVT LTD, Jaipur in Human Resource department.

24 March 2014 to 30 October 2016, worked as a HR Manager with Shiva Industries, Jaipur.

24 September 2012- 07 January 2014, Worked as a Senior Analyst with Barclays Shared Services, Chennai.

October 2007 to September 2009, worked as a HR Executive with Sterlite Industries India Ltd, Silvassa. Sterlite Industries is subsidiary of Vedanta Resource PLC a diversified and integrated mining and metals group.

My responsibilities are:-

Recruitment

Understanding Manpower requirement from concerned department

Recruitment planning and implementation at all middle and senior level positions

Experience in Team Management and Mass Recruitment

Sourcing the candidates that matches the required job skills using different source

Screening the candidates by telephonic interview or personal interview

Arranging technical interview and coordinating with concerned persons

Updating and maintaining candidate’s status.

Negotiating on salary with candidates.

Induction and on boarding

Providing offer letter & CTC breakup to selected candidate

Coordinating with concern person for creating his email and other related joining formalities.

Providing company policy information to employees

Entry of new joinee in HRMS system and creation of employee code

Performance Management:

Review of performance appraisal form

Review performance bonus & increment of employees.

Helping the team leaders and concerned persons to do performance appraisal in better way

Implementation of better practices of performance appraisal.

Appraisal Process follow-up and co-ordination, preparation of increment plan and increment letters.

Employee Relation:

Ensure that all staff is aware of policies and procedures in place.

Act as focal point for all initial queries from staff regarding policies and procedures.

Monitor and advise on disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with policies and procedures

Conflict resolution between employees.

Continuous improving team bonding between employees.

Arranging team building activities for employees.

Employee evaluation, capacity development and training:

Analyzing employees skill gaps with the help of team leaders and concerned persons

As part of the organizational HR team ensure that cross organization training and development programmers are put in place.

Continuous analysis of Training need and preparing a training structure with the help of concerned person.

Oversee the organization’s HR development priorities

HR administration:

Contribute to regular reviews, ensuring that policies remain in compliance with Procedure and recommend updates where required.

Develop and maintain a system to ensure that staff files are kept up-to-date.

Tracking and conveying feedback received during exit interviews systems to improve employee morale and motivation.

Attendance and Leave Record

Keeping a track of the attendance of employees

Filling the leave forms and keeping the track of leave taken

Seeing it that there is not much absenteeism on given day

Seeing that no employee is irregular if there are such people taking corrective and preventative measures.

Input in Payroll Management:

Gather employee working days and leaves information details accordingly inform to account departments for exact payable days information for calculating monthly wages.

Time to time information to account department for employee monetary benefits like reward amount, company gifts etc.

Handling PF, ESI of employees.

HRMS tool management

Ensuring to enter new employee detail in company HRMS tools

Time to time update of employees on leave details, increment letter, salary revision letter.

Time to time updating Team leader feedback and concerned persons feedback on system

Time to time updating of employee relevant information on system

Have experience in SAP HR, Zoho HRMS

Exit Formalities:

Conducting Exit interview of employees who are resigning

Try to get constructive feedback for company and trying to implement time to time.

Helping a person’s to be relived properly as per Exit formalities.

Issuing reliving letter and letter of experience

Doing full and final settlement of person with help of Accounts department.

Tracking and conveying feedback received during exit interviews systems to improve employee morale and motivation.

I had participated from 18th April to 12th May 2016 in MDPWE course in Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU). The objective of the program is to encourage, empower and educate potential women entrepreneurs to create their own business or social enterprise and to help established entrepreneurs to grow their existing enterprises.
