Professional Experience

Operations Services Specialist Service Source International, Denver CO 2015 – Present

Validate revenue for both inside and outside sales using both internal and client databases.

In the short time of my employment I became a subject matter expert learning the process quickly and being involved with teaching new hires and streamlining how the job is completed. I implemented macros in Excel speeding up repeated calculations and highlighting specific columns for easier reading and understanding of the database pull.

Worked closely with our onsite sales team to streamline the process for submitting a validation request within Salesforce and our CRM. Originally, Sales was adding information that was unnecessary so I developed with the guidelines that allowed them to reduce the amount of information while also providing the most valuable data for each request.

Facilities Manager Denver First Church of the Nazarene, Englewood CO, 2006 – 2015

Responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the building. As well as the supervision and scheduling of four facilities staff, formatting contracts for renters, working closely with individuals and groups using the building, and hiring contractors.

In 2013, the facilities budget was unbalanced due to out of date information on the care and maintenance of the fleet of vans. I was put in charge of finding a solution. I put together a new data collection spreadsheet and implemented a filing system for the maintenance records from the previous 3 years. The budget was adjusted, giving adequate funds toward the upkeep of the vans while still coming in under budget for the year.

In January of 2014 a group was requesting the use of the building and asked for a specific room. The space requested was restricting as to how the event could be set up and a consensus was not reached on what set to use. I stepped in and merged ideas, allowing the space to be used most productively by the vendors of the event giving the necessary space for sales.
