As a Statistician, I have actively collaborated with researchers in many areas, including pediatric cardiology, advanced imaging, diagnostic radiology, urology, breast cancer, hematology oncology, epidemiology, infectious disease, family medicine, Obstetrics and gynecology, etc. So far, I have provided statistical consulting for more than 120 studies, and have helped with study designs, analytics, and conference presentations in 54 studies. I have co-authored about 23 peer-reviewed publications and book chapter publications which I contributed heavily as a statistician, providing data management, analysis and writings for statistical method and result sections. As an enthusiast of statistical programming, I am proficient in data management and statistical analysis using SAS and R in the context of various medial works. In particular, I extensively write SAS Macros and R functions to improve the efficiency of analysis works procedures and advance the OCTRI BERD team and BDP team capacity for reproducible research. I also have extensive experience in conducting research on simulations for novel statistical methods or designs, and have developed online interactive applications using R Shiny and JavaScript for proposed methodologies which has been presented at local and international meetings. I have been a leader among my peers at OHSU, promoting professional development of OCTRI BERD practitioners. I am also familiar with Python, Revolution Enterprise for big data analytics.

With all achievements above, I have been acknowledged by American Statistic Association (ASA) as an ACCREDITED PROFESSIONAL STATISTICIANTM with peer recognition of having advanced statistical training and knowledge; having experience in applying statistical expertise competently; maintaining appropriate professional development; being able to communicate effectively.
