Vice President, Human Resources

Senior Director, Human Resources (2014-2015)

HR Leadership role for the US Commercial and Global Strategic Development organizations.

Provided Executive HR partnership and HR strategy development/execution while leading a team of 6.

Key Accomplishments

HR Leadership for the integration of legacy US Advanced Wound Management business and the newly acquired Biotherapeutics division, including sales force and site integrations.

Trained and led business leaders through the restructuring of entire sales force and the dissolution of the Biotech division by developing competitive and cost-beneficial separation packages, and communication strategies.
