JOB OBJECTIVE

After completion my Intermediate studies join in KTTF Kodiyannor Konam for Tool and Die making, studied the basics of Tool Engineering (1980 August to 1982 July). In 1983 August joined CITD for Advanced Diploma in Tool Engineering and completed on 1986 July.(Duration 3 years)

I join RCC (Sales) Pvt Limited (A Malhotra Group of Company) and worked 7 years as Tool maker in staff position.

In 1993 I joined in Hicom Group, Malaysia (High com Fraught SDNBHD) as Tool Maker after completion of 3 year contract I came back INDIA

I worked with Raj Industries TVM as MOULD DESIGNER (10years)

I start working with M/S J.S .TOOLS at CHENNAI as TOOL ROOM ENGINEER

I am worked in HARN Malaysia as TOOL ROOMENGINEER 2years

I am worked in STAMPTEC CNC Fabrication as DEVOLOPMENT ENGINEER

Present I am working in David tool engineering at Nedumangad SKILL AREA

Since 1986 functionally cooperating and helping - organizations where I worked - Product Development and Tool Development in Designing. In 1997 onwards I worked as Tool Designer by using the Computer Software Auto cad. 6) HICOM FREIGHTMATE SDN. BHD, ( A member of Hi com Group) Malaysia. It was a well set up organization produced Heavy Vehicle Wheel Rims and its accessories.

Duration : 6 Aug 1993 to 5th Aug 1996

Responsibilities

Planning - Mold and Die and Tools for production of Rim Wheels. New Dies and Tool manufacturing and trouble shooting. Maintenance of Press Tools and Stamping Tools, Machining complicated parts and High speed stamping tools.

7) R.C.C. (Sales) Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad.

This is one among the Malhotra Group of Company and they manufacturing Twin and Double edged razor blades and disposable razor system. They were the international leaders in blade manufacturing.

Position : Tool and Die maker

Duration : 20th December 1986 to 19th July 1993

Responsibilities

Manufacturing, Molds for plastic high speed stamping dies, Fixtures and Machine parts and other development items. Designing, Fixture and Stamping and Molding dies. Operating Conventional Tool Room Machine, Wire cut, EDM. Cylindrical Grinding and Optical profile grinding.

Pre-degree : Christian College, Kattakada, Trivandrum, Kerala, India in the year 1977-1979.

Passed two years Basic Die making course from K.T.T.F. Trivandrum in the year 1980-1982.
