After all exhibits were scanned in the system, I was required to enter detailed notes into our Ecase and Summation system for tracking purposes. I also entered depositions into our Docs Open system to ensure proper description before scanning. After scanning, I was responsible for filing in department. I was appointed lead overlooking the filing of over 10,000 files in our department. I also performed clerical duties when assigned.
As a Scheduling Coordinator, I worked in the Scheduling Department. My responsibilities included contacting clients and co-workers to arrange their deposition to be recorded in cases. Once the deposition was confirmed, I was responsible for reserving hotel conference rooms for which their deposition would be taken. This involved a great deal of communication by telephone, fax and e-mail. Once I received a request for an insurance certificate, I would research the Sagitta System to ensure proper coverage. I then prepared the certificate with the necessary information and fax a copy of the certificate to the necessary parities. All requests were handled within a 24-hour time period.
As Mailroom Manager my responsibilities includes receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail, collects processes and dispatches outgoing mail in accordance with the U.S. Postal Service. Ensure that all outgoing mail is properly prepared, addressed and routed through the mail system. Sort and reroute mail to over 200 action points within the office by use of the conveyor system. Deliver registered, certified, express, and insured mail to the address indicated and secures a signature for each item delivered. Enter sender and recipient data into the FedEx Overnight Mail Powership automated shipping system. Perform light clerical duties when necessary.

As a Combat Engineer, responsibilities included establishing priorities within my daily assignments. Check combat equipment, such as tanks, jeeps, and misc. equipment to ensure proper function of the equipment. Prepared reports to the First Sergeant regarding the condition of the combat equipment.
While assigned as the First Sergeant driver, responsibilities included driving the First Sergeant safely to and from his point of destination.
