At this moment, I do business as Executive Chef for Sodexo Quebec and 1st Cook -Pastry/Baker for Domco food services Ontario as contractor relief on remote sites.

I worked for Norwegian Cruise Line. I hold Private Chef Position on Luxury Motor Yachts, Private Islands and Corporate Chef in Institutions with large volume. I have very good Hotels experience with Canadian Pacific, Holiday Inn and Elbow Beach Hotel and Resort in Bermuda .

For 8 years in Florida, I owned a private Chef catering company, doing large specials functions and private contract. Been a guest Chef on 6 T.V. Shows in Florida, Massachusetts and California.

I know the Caribbean. I worked on several Private Motor Yachts and Resorts. Bahamas, I worked for Owners and Corporations. I hold Executive position in Institutions and Private Select Country Club.

Chef/Owner of the Williams House in Massachusetts. A Fine Dining Restaurant, serving over 800 meals per week, reaches under my Ownership: Certified 3 Diamonds for 3 years in a row. (A.A.A.) American Automotive Association.
