Building Manager –

6/2009 – present Port Logistics Group, City of Industry, CA

Responsible for managing all operations in a 450,000 sqft. garment on hanger, piece pick, full case, and deconsolidation apparel and footwear facility, receiving up to 5 million units and shipping up to 4.5 million units on a monthly basis.

Directly responsible for 4 operations managers, 13 supervisors and up to 300 employees across a two shift operation shipping, receiving, and order processing, and inventory control.
