Provide leadership and direction for execution of projects in the West Coast Terminals Division

consisting of 7 petroleum terminals and 90 key personnel from Oregon to Los Angeles. Lead a team of

Construction Superintendents, Operations Engineers, Project Managers, Terminal Supervisors, Planners

and Business Development Personnel toward improvement of business revenue and regulatory and safety

compliance. Drive projects and solved issues involving tanks, piping, terminal automation, Vapor

Recovery Units and pump installations to improve overall efficiencies.

Negotiated with business development and senior management which resulted in a 300 % increase in division budget within the first 9 months of employment. Managed the development of detail design, material selection and specifications for proposed pipeline integrity projects involving hydro-testing, line and valve replacements and valve control enhancements.
