●Leader of the team responsible for the upgrade and deployment of critical Electronic Medical Record systems for entire hospital markets. Each market consists of at least two hospitals of over one hundred beds each. Responsibilities include:
oAt 14 different hospitals, I assessed items such as; personal computers, printers, and peripheral devices, to determine their compatibility with the new Electronic Medical Record system or if they would be considered obsolete and need replacement
oCoordinate with Corporate and Local Management for funding and purchase of replacement equipment
oDevelop and implement a SQL database recording all asset information for replaced and deployed items
oAssure all legacy applications that are not becoming obsolete will function effectively after the equipment replacements or upgrades
oDesign and Implement a plan for replacement of obsolete equipment including a production timeline and resource (personnel) requirements
oProvide technical consultation to the Network Architect designing the system and migration plans.

●Leader of a team of technicians for the Meaningful Use II, Windows 7 Deployment, and MEDHOST Electronic Medical Record systems for Emergency Departments upgrade projects at multiple CHS hospitals. The projects include:
oManage a team of up to 15 technicians per site
oInterface with local IT Directors and hospital leadership to assure all deployments were conducted with the highest professionalism and least patient impact
oReplacing over 2,000 computers in 5 different hospitals over the course of 4 to 6 weeks each
oAssured inventory management procedures were completed for old and new computers
oDesigned and set up training rooms for each site to include up to 30 training computers, Leader station computer with projector, and a network classroom printer
oIn one night, the team would shut down all computer operations for the Emergency Department, replace all computer equipment, verify operations, and have their systems fully functional in less than 12 hours
