Managed a department of 7 members providing IT systems and infrastructure support for the US and Canadian sales companies, as well as the web hosting infrastructure for all other countries.

Managed the complete rebuilding of the corporate network from NT/Novell to Windows 2000/2003.

Managed an 8-member Help Desk serving 850 centers nationwide.

Managed the hardware, software, and network support of 80 corporate owned Sylvan Learning Centers and 140 Education Solutions Learning Centers.

Supervised 3 Second Level Technicians and Logistics Coordinators.
