As an Internal Service Writer I am responsible for facilitating the company service process by accurately transferring service needs requested by the sales department to work orders. I then schedule the work on a technician, follow the repair order process through to its completion and verify that quality control is done. It is my duty to make sure the internal service team meets the deadlines set by the sales department for delivery of sold units to the customer. This includes scheduling a technician to spend time showing each customer how to use their new RV.
