Attend to customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Prepare & Execute weekly MRP. Generate reports including gap analysis report and maintain level loading of orders.
Attend daily GYAT ( Get Your Act Together) - Meetings to discuss and monitor progress of work and take appropriate actions where necessary.
Team Management: Drive team to meet organizational and customer objectives. Ensure team closes customer issues in a timely manner. Coordinate meetings with the CFT. Coordinate and participate in conference calls with customers and team members who are in other divisions.
Prepare internal and external reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information from the departments.
Maintain regular and professional communication with customers.
Maintain proper documentation records according to internal and external audit requirements.
Train new customer-service employees.
