Supervised a team of three information technicians on board a guided-missile submarine. Responsibility included all aspects of several networks with multiple software suites. Maintained greater than 99% uptime.
Supervised installation of COMPOSE 3.0, HBSS, and SCJC2 with zero deficiencies. Resolved multiple network casualties while in an isolated environment often under dangerous conditions. Provided support and training to over 900 personnel over the span of six years.
Maintained network responsibilities while also leading a team of 30 personnel responsible for physical security and plant safety, monitoring and performing maintenance on multiple equipment systems on board to ensure safe operations including electrical and atmosphere systems and providing financial coaching to members of the crew.
