PLANT MANAGER/OPERATIONS MANAGER 2015 to present

Manage and provide operation support to manufacturing, materials, engineering, and facility management. Responsible for overall strategy, direction, coordination, and evaluation of manufacturing, service, and field operations with top line revenue of ~$100M+. Effectively utilize KPIs, performance reviews, financial statements and operational reports to track performance. Establish effective action planning for the fostering of a continuous improvement culture. Managed, deployed and trained teams to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma standards creating a focus on quality, cost reduction, on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual management, and plant performance measures.
