Coordinate with maintenance to determine if items suspected as damaged should be repaired or disposed.
Store incomplete items and notify LRS TCTO Monitor to initiate issue requests for items that are needed to bring incomplete assemblies to a serviceable condition.
Manage the Shelf-life program for assets in stock. Validate extensions and process disposition on assets that have expired or become outdated.
Ensure Functional check items are properly flagged in ES-S, properly tagged and inspected as required to avoid erroneous issue.
Manage and control the DLA Suspect Item program. Coordinate with DLA and supported base organizations as required to identify, inspect and properly tag assets that meet the conditions of the program. Submit SDR’s as required and dispose of property as instructed.
Prepare and submit outbound SDR’s for discrepant shipments as required. Work with the base SDR manager to ensure proper accountability and follow-up on reporting.
Identify property known or suspected to be damaged or to have deteriorated or corroded during use, storage, or shipment.
Responsible for the removal, replacement, necessary destruction, or obliteration of tags and labels unless otherwise required by applicable TOs or directives.
Conduct periodic COSIS inspections of warehouses to ensure compliance with AF directives and report findings to Management.

Experience with safe operation of forklift, and stretch-wrap equipment
Ability to interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals
Working knowledge of Internet software usage, order processing systems, inventory software
