I have been supervising maintenance and steam plant operations departments for several years.
I am skilled as a maintenance mechanic and boiler operator.
I have operated or maintained boiler’s, (types A, O & D) turbine’s (condensing & noncondensing), demineralizer’s, RO units, centrifugal pumps, pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
I have experience with all types of conveyors, pneumatic/vacuum, live roller, belt, drag, screw conveyors, wet and dry couplings, DC electric clutch/brake, and VFD’s. I have worked with and supervised contractors on long term planned projects as well as short term repairs.
I have experience with environmental controls such as CEMS, Electrostatic Precipitators, Wet Scrubbers, and Bag Houses.
I have created paper based PM systems, as well as started a few CMMS systems. (Maintmizer, DPSI, and Matrix)

Supervised plant operations and personnel in the utility department at an ethanol production plant in Keyes, CA Equipment of my responsibility included, three 80,000 lbs/hr @ 450psi boilers, one 4.5 MW Turbine/Generator, two 200gpm RO units, one cold lime softener(zero discharge) and all associated equipment pertinent to the production of process water, steam and electricity.
