This job involved a huge variety of duties. I worked with 3 different managers here, and a multitude of financial advisors in the Wausau, Green Bay, Eau Claire, LaCrosse areas and in Minnesota, housed in and out of the primary agency office. I was responsible for all application processing, service to clients and agents (by phone, in person, and in written communication), learning, developing, and maintaining various computer applications for tracking, marketing pieces, tracking of agency expenses, some accounting and balancing of accounts, checking and credit card tracking and reconciliation, and keeping the office furnished with all necessary supplies, learning all new computer systems for office and advisors, and training them on a continual basis (at local office and off-site locations) in computer systems, products, service and client issues. Other necessary knowledge includes tax and reporting laws and issues for insurance, annuities, IRA’s, budgeting. Multi-tasking constant.
Also worked at this company’s home office in Milwaukee from 1971 – 1995. Handled all claims, matured endowments, disability claims, accounting & balancing of accounts associated with these duties.

After one year, moved to Property/Casualty policy issue and service. Was then called and asked to return to Catholic Knights as the Agency Administrator for their new sales office in Wausau.
Abilities
Experienced in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Have worked with various mainframe systems including Citrix, ID3, TDS. Currently working with TABS legal client management system. Also have experience with TurboTax, and various types of photo software. Internet research, scanners, printers/copiers, multi-line phones, 10 key, etc.
Interests
Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, camping, gardening, photography, exercise. I enjoy meeting and talking with a variety of people, young and old, and continuing to learn new things.
