Participated in manufacturing, assembling, testing and repairing process of different types of Apple products.

Designed different hardware parts, jig/fixture, cases, holders, clamp attachments using SOLIDWORKS and 3D print the parts to reduce cost and failures, optimize the manufacturing process when assembling/disassembling of iPhones.

Performed test, calibration and audit using Gage R&R and maintaining testing equipment like Gyroscopes, Noise Frequency Testing Machine, Accelerometers, Pressure Sensors, LCD Display, RF test and other mobile electronic testing equipment.

Led several new projects. Managed 13 types of automated testing stations. Trained engineers/technician for their testing stations such as IMU, VENT2, C-TAP, P-TEST, RF, Dock Flex Test, MMI, (Automated Optical Inspection), AXI (Automated X-ray Inspection), PCB Piezotronics accelerometer calibrator, Load cell, HALT, drop test and reliability tests.

Conducted Failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) step by step, calculated RPN and took necessary actions.
