Technical lead of a group of 10 system engineers and operators for the NOAA ITC facility. Acts a technical liason and coordinator for special projects, daily tasks and assignments in the Unix, Windows, Networking, Disk and Tape Storage and Backups, Citrix, F5 BigIP and Firepass and Citrix Netscaler environment. Led the efforts of implementation and encforcement of Two-Factor Authenticaion using CAC/PIV cards for both the Unix and Windows environments.
