I worked at a couple of different places for this company. I worked at Steel case in the desk-trimming area and I learned how to use a box machine and how to make different type of boxes and I also help assemble the desks. I had to use air screw guns to place he screws into the desk after the desk top was built I would place the top on a belt and it would get moved down the line. I also worked at paramount Plastics as a quality Inspector and I would go around to each machine and collect the parts from the people that were running the machine and do a color check on them and a measure on the parts. I would also do buy offs on the parts if the machine had just started up for the day.

I worked through this company a couple of different times. I cut and trimmed the extra plastic that were left on the tanks. If needed I drilled a hole in the tank by using a stand up drill and I labeled the tanks by using a silk screener. I also check for contamination on the tanks. If there was contamination on the tanks I would throw the tanks in a box and that was at root-Lowell. I also worked a paramount Plastics and an operator for plastic mold injection machines. I would take the parts of the belt and trim the extra flash of the parts if there was any. I also worked for this company 5/2016-09/2016 at Challenging Manufacturing. At Challenging I had to load metals parts onto a robot and push a button so the robot would start welding the parts. I worked with 3 robots and each one I had to load and unload the parts and check them for any type of defect.

I checked the 100 backs,60 backs,and 40 backs cushions to make sure there was no burn through,bad welds,and burn holes in the parts. If there was any of hose found on the parts I would hand them back to the welder and have them fix the parts . If there was nothing wrong with the parts I would mark them with a green paint marker and pack them into the bins, tag the bins and have them ready for the hi-low driver to pick them up.
