-Ensure that every activity at the site and/or at the fabrication shop conforms to the Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards.
-Coordinates with the Saudi Aramco Project Inspection Department (SAPID) of the activities at the site and/or at the fabrication shop.
-Prepare the checklists for every inspections conducted for specific activity.
-Prepare hydrotest Package and submit to Saudi Aramco Project Inspection Department (SAPID) for approval prior to hydrotest of the new pipeline constructed.
-Ensure every equipment (Welding machine, electrode portable oven, torque wrench, relief valve, pressure gauge, etc.) used for each activity are calibrated.
-Plan and formulate engineering programs and organizes project staff according to project requirements.
-Assigns project personnel to specific phases of projects such as technical plans and system testing.

-Responsible for manpower availability and progress of work to insure the completion of work as per target schedule.

-Supervise the piping erection as per piping and instrument diagram and isometric drawings.
-Coordinate with Project Management Team in case of design modification or additional work as per site condition.
-Review of piping design drawings and materials specification received prior to installation if any revision to make as per site condition.
-Check piping installation to make sure it complies with the design drawing requirement.
-Prepare and set relief valves and pressure gauge pressure and send them for calibration prior for hydro testing of valves and field hydro testing of new pipelines.
-In-charge in As-Built Drawings.
