Director of Operations: Responsible for managing all day to day and long term operations of a privately held company designing, marketing and manufacturing visible and IR aiming systems and tactical flashlights for military, law enforcement and civilian use. Reporting directly to the CEO, was responsible for Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, ITAR Compliance, Inventory and Shipping and Receiving.
