- Responsible for program design and execution through network of 22 direct and indirect reports focused on leadership engagement, Lean/Six Sigma projects, Kaizen events, daily activation of Lean concepts along with Business Process and Project Management discipline.
- Delivered 72.5 MM in financial impact from executed projects. Increased program delivery from 1% to 5% of organizational cost basis.
- Evolution of program has included the implementation of Hoshin Planning to align Operational Excellence program to strategic priorities and implementation of Business Process Leadership program to elevate partnerships with client organizations on future service design.
