Description As per the Albanian Petroleum Legislation and regulation, Albpetrol is the owner of all oilfields and gasfields throughout the country. To date the overwhelming part of these assets have been handed over to other companies in form of concession. As the result currently Albpetrol has only 3 oilfields under its management: Kucova, Patos and Ballsh – Hekal, counting 1045 active wells. Position Petroleum agreement department – Technical Adviser (02/2016 – 10/2016) Description Petroleum agreement department is responsible to coordinate the relationship between oil

& gas concessionaries (the client) and Albpetrol – oil and gas state company. The main task is to ensure that their operations and activity meet the criteria as defined in the petroleum agreement. That year Weatherford was rapidly growing by reaching 80% of revenues increase compared to previous year. With Bardhyl supporting operations 2 drilling projects (including 2 contracts each) and 4 main day to day project operations were conducted successfully with no LTI’s or downtime recorded. The overwhelming inventory of equipment and manpower to do the job in Albania was provided from main branches of Weatherford outside the country. That required high diligence and work performance to properly coordinate in accordance to clients’ needs, government procedures and Weatherford capabilities. On the subsequent year Weatherford decided to build and open a new base in Albania, due to the business growing demand.

- Plan and prepare operations. Always flexible and proactive to difficulties for meeting deadlines that often were subject of significant shrink of schedule for operations call out. Weatherford equipment, manpower and expertise, were always supplied with no downtime and with high quality, in every stage of each project. Weatherford performance was highly appreciated by the client through periodical SQMs (service quality meetings) and field service tickets at the end of each job.

- Coordinate movement of equipment and field personnel. Despite of difficulties caused by long procedures and bureaucracies for equipment import & export, no downtime for Weatherford operations were ever recorded.

Description After 9 months of field experience, Bardhyl got promoted as production engineer. His main task was to handle the daily management of oil and gas production operations and help to maximize profitability by increasing revenue and lowering operating expenses. His daily work consisted also on preparing workover programs for individual wells, and their schedule of supporting operations. It was due to his hardworking and dedication that the management decided to put him as Project Manager for one of the most important project, which was the installation of 12 jet pump systems in Cakran field. Thanks to this project the overall production of the company hit the milestone of 2,500 bopd versus to 1,500 bopd that was before. Description Molisht 1 was an exploration well drilled by Petromanas Energy Inc. in Block 3, Berat area southeast of Albania. This was the subsequent well after the successful project of the first well they drilled in this block. They originally projected to drill a vertical well with TD @5500 from surface but then in the end the TD was set

@4800 m due to so many issues with formation instabilities while drilling. Weatherford was involved with 6 main product lines in this project:

- Tubular Running Systems, which integrated equipment, tools and personnel for successfully running with no downtime or any incident 5 liners / casings and the production tubing across the project;

- Fishing tools and expertise - this was a complicated drilling project in aspect of formation stability which led to several issues with drilling string being stuck, especially in the last phase of the drilling;

- Cementing Products, that dealt mainly with just sales part such as float equipment and casing accessories;

- Surface Logging Systems. This system was installed and was present 24/7 on site. It integrated one cabin and related tools inventory on site and rotational crew. The project meant to monitor and analyze cuts from mudding system to look for presence of H2S while drilling;

- Real time data system was an integral part of the surface logging. With this system you are able to generate drilling logs on real time while drilling;
