DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To improvement and ensure a high standard of safety culture with Zero Accident Philosophy.

Ensure valid work permit for every task. No permit no work.

Regular site visits to identify significant hazards and proportionate control measures.

Recommendation and corrective action for unsafe acts and unsafe condition.

Develop and present safety training modules. HSE training, safety Induction, Training. For Supervisor / Foreman. Office staff, work force work place site safety training.

Ensure Total Safety talk information is given to the work force before task starts.

Ensure PTW procedures & proper housekeeping on all the site safety training.

Review JSA, Hazard, Risk Assessment identification & Safety Methods if found inadequate.

Ensure proper PPE usages, Sign Boards, & Safety measures taken during all critical works.

Ensure adequate stock of safety equipments and personnel protective equipment on site.

Ensure that all accidents and incidents are fully reported investigated by tap root cause.

Accounting for safe man hours and prevention of Loss Time Accidents (LTA) on site.

To maintain HSE files and ensuring for the updating on daily basis.

To be prepared for Internal and External HSE audits. And ensure issues open to be closed.

Encourage work if is “Total Safety” stop work if it “Total Unsafe”.
