Team lead for Six Sigma project and collaborated with other HR Specialists in all Raytheon USA locations to standardize the processes followed during the onboarding and induction of new hires. Prior to this project, all sites were using voluminous paperwork, different lengths of time to onboard new hires, and using different forms. Result was length of induction program reduced from 8hours to 4hours at all sites and 50% cost reduction.
