CITY OF PEORIA, Peoria, AZ 2016 – 2017
Web Developer/Designer
Brought into role to oversee the migration of 5 websites into the new CMS (Contract Management System). Performed all web design/development functions to support company goals, including developing sitemaps, designing webpage layout and creating content that engages readers.
Coordinated and led the $140K web migration project using Vision Internet; worked closely with directors, vendors and project managers to plan and execute all project tasks.
Partnered with stakeholders to merge multiple websites, reducing from 7 to 5 in order to improve efficiency and drive a $20K cost savings.
Reduced website content for single site from 40K pages to 500, leading to a more efficient interface.
Facilitated meetings with project teams, providing status updates and recommending changes as needed.

Web Developer/Database Administrator
Designed, developed and maintained the City of Bozeman public and intranet websites using various technologies, including .Net, CMS, Kentico, C#, HTM, XML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL. Held full accountability for developing and managing social media profiles, training materials and web content.
Developed local government websites from the group up, overseeing all design aspects, including implementing web standards, image optimization and website best practices.
Created multimedia presentations, graphics, videos and technical training materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Visual Studio and Camtasia.
Designed an online training course on ADA compliance and standards to ensure adherence with Section 508 and Americans with Disabilities Act. Developed a video-based library of training course materials that allowed all users to access the training courses.
Introduced social media profiles for 15 city organizations/agencies, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. Developed a social media policy for the city and provided support for ongoing management, which was recognized as a model for local agencies/departments and adopted across the state.
Improved the Bozeman Police Department’s image by growing their Facebook profile from -0- to 5K followers within 18 months.
Implemented social media archiving script that automatically archived activity from Facebook and Twitter pages, eliminating $75K in subscription service costs.
Initiated the development of an “On-the-Fly” project module that allowed departments to quickly post information for the public to view, including programs, initiatives and proposals. New module streamlined operations and support project goals by driving collaboration across all departments.
