Drove for Brown’s Transportation, Northland and Niskyuna School District. Safely transported school children to and from school. Worked with disabled students guiding my assistant in proper mobilization if wheelchairs and lifts.
2008- 2010 Kitchen Director
Salvation Army Rehab Center, Albany
Supervise 12 male kitchen staff. Worked within yearly budget $20k sticking pantry and canteen. Cooked for 120 staff and men in program. This was a two year position as S.A. Captains are transferred to other centers throughout the states. Offered same position with Captain P in N.J, reluctantly turned down. Corrected duplicate purveyor contracts with 4 thousand dollar's savings. Maintained crew without turnover. Renovated kitchen giving crew pride in their positions within the Kitchen Program
