I am working as an ELECTRICAL Supervisor in NCECL GROUP. My job responsibilities includes commissioning, Testing of Electrical Equipments during plant erection.

Plant capacity 46MW.There are 1 Steam Turbine of Siemens (SST-400) 2 Coal fired boilers of 110 Ton/hr each.

MYLO GROUP: 01Dec 2015 to 04 April 2016

I am working as ASST ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) in Mylo group. Which have been working in Iraq . Mylo group have 18 power plants of 2000MW in Iraq and also take commissioning of different power plant in Iraq .commissioning of kar cement plant 45MW

Plant specifications:

Plant capacity 45MW.There are 6 furnce oil engine each engine7.5MW

One black start diesel engine 320kw.Two wastheat recovery Alfalaval

Boiler.Mitsubishi samgong HFO and LO purifier

I am working the commissioning of this plant

Check the all power contol wire through drawing.

Working the all fire fighting system.

Working on water treat ment and Ro plant.

Regular Inspection observation of the plant and check the motor overall.

Performing plant maintenance activity preventive and schedule.

Performing leading role in maintenance crew.

Analysis of all electrical engine parameter.s

Tools and spare parts inventory.

To trace and rectify the electrical faults in the electric circuit.

To Watch Operation and Electrical Work of Power Plant.

Working For Control Room Operation, Synchronizing Generator Panel.

Repair & Maintenance of Generator Panel (GP), Motor Control Panel (MCP), Station Transformer, Temperature and Pressure Switches.

Maintenance of HT and LT Lines.

Maintenance Electrical Panels,LC Operation, General Electrical Works., Familiar with Electrical drawing and Substation Operation & Maintenance.

A GAS TURBINE T-70 CED 7.5MW

Analysis of all parameter of gas turbine.

Working of all type maintenance of gas turbine with turbo mach company.

Performing leading role in maintenance crew.

Tools and spare parts inventory

Work as ELECTRICTION on CATERPILLAR three Engines, 1.96 MW of Each Engine Capacity and 6 MW of Total Plant Capacity. This is the Co-Generation Power Plant which is Supply Electricity as well as Steam to the Indus Weaving MILLS,. Three Waste Heat Recovery Fire Tube Boilers are used.
