Reporting to the VP of HR, responsible for leadership of the North American HR team consisting of 18 HR professionals, with eight direct reports across U.S. Served as primary point of contact with financial services senior management. Provided full range of HR support to 3,200 professional and manufacturing employees. U.S. employees. Conducted group-wide project management, addressing succession planning, performance management, acquisition integration, workforce reductions, and incentive compensation.
