6/2013-5/2014 Concentric Pipe and Tool Rentals New Iberia, La My job at Concentric Pipe and Tool Rentals is to deliver various types of Frac. Equipment. Also, to ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed, in order to give a quality product to our customer.

I oversee 75-85 employees on a day-to-day basis in departments including: Inspection, Rebuilding, Testing, Working Equipment, Painting Equipment, and Shipping. Inspection: Involves keeping the UT, Thread Gauge, and MPI inspections up-to-date returning from a job and/or before being sent to a job.

Rebuilding Department: I oversee this department rebuilding from: Gate Valves, 2”x2” Plug Valves, 2”x1” Plug Valves, 3” Plug Valves, Hydraulic Plug Valves, Swings, Lead Offs, Choke Manifolds, Popoff Manifolds, Squeeze Manifolds, Loops, Loop Racks of all sizes. Executing each oder efficiently, without jeopardizing safety, or quality. Testing: Rigging up equipment to conduct a Hydrotest from pressures at 250 PSI up to 15,000 PSI. Ensuring that each piece of equipment is in safe working order, holding both low and high pressure.

Working and Painting: Making sure the threads are lubricated and capped with thread protectors. Also, having equipment clean and prepped before being sent to be painted. A final inspection is done after paint in order to maintain a great looking product to go along with the performance of the equipment.

11/2009-6/2013 Ameriforge Global Cuming Insulation LLC. New Iberia, La My job as a supervisor was to read blue prints of subsea equipment and to plan the job accordingly. I had to get supplies ordered per job and to execute the job efficiently from start to finish. I pushed a crew of 6-10 men, depending on the size of the job. I have great customer relations as well as excellent communicating skills, getting the customer to understand our job as a process. Highly trained in safety and quality, due to the chemicals used to insulate the various types of subsea equipment. I am able to follow procedures as well as improve the procedures gaining more knowledge each job. I also have a great understanding of subsea equipment, giving me excellent problem solving skills to get the job not only done, but to get it done safely and efficiently without jeopardizing quality. I kept detailed records of all chemicals in order to keep track of when and where the insulation was applied on each piece of equipment. I am very organized due to the amount of paperwork generated while insulating the subsea equipment. I can build spreadsheets and conduct business professionally in person as well as on the computer. 7/27/09-11/03/09 Load Master Derrick Broussard, La My job at Load Master Derrick started off with a morning safety meeting. Then my supervisor would give us orders on which derrick or crown that needed to be completed. My job was to make sure the derrick or crown was perfectly square and perfectly level.
